Francis Sling returns. And this time, you won’t just be watching.

The Curaçao artist will make his presence felt again in late November 2026. For now, what he is preparing remains a secret.

Willemstad, 23 October 2026

Things had been relatively quiet around Francis Sling in Curaçao. Behind the scenes, however, a personal story was taking shape. In late November, the artist will invite the island to come closer.

Sling is known for his expressive, colourful murals and the stories hidden within them. Now, he is working on something that calls for more than simply looking.

“Over the past few years, my work may have been less visible in Curaçao, but behind the scenes, a story has emerged that I want to share soon.”

Exactly what that story is remains a secret for now. But Sling offers a first hint: you will step into his world, feel the colours around you and perhaps become part of the story yourself.

Why now? And what has he been keeping to himself all this time?

In late November 2026, the mystery will begin to unfold. More information will follow soon.
